I feel like there is more variety of women's clothing than men's in this store, and the prices are not as good for an outlet as they are for other stores.

They don't carry short only reg and long in classic jeans in house. Requires a return to exchange in store order placed on line. Under 5ft tall requires a shorter inseam
Hopefully they can get me a 28 inch inseam

I was gifted several clothing items for my child however, I decided I wanted to size them up when the order arrived at my house. There have been no receipt in the bag, but the person who purchased the items called customer service and they said I could do an exchange at the store came down to the outlet mall spoke to an employee confirmed that they could do. Then I came back the next day with all the clothing items spoke to another employee who happened to be the manager she said this be no problem spent a good 20 minutes picking out all new things when we get to the time she said that it wouldn’t allow her to do a gift card or an exchange, but I could call this number instead. Call the number and they said that I needed an original receipt which they did not provide in the bag of clothing that showed up at my door, so confused I was planning on more purchasing more items during my trip from this particular store but now I will never shop there again. It was such an ordeal . Shop all the other stores in the outlet mall. It’s more way worth it four way less headache

Cheaply made clothing for sale in a high end looking establishment. Not a big fan. Everything I buy shrivels, shrinks, wrinkles etc etc

Was here yesterday with my mom, Lady at the Register kept pressuring us into getting a card with the store and kept pushing even when we said “No” and “Not right now”. She promised us a 10% discount once we signed up for the card.
We ended up giving in simply because she wouldnt stop saying “Come on, why not?” And after we did, the 10% discount didnt even work. It kept declining our Card and only accepted it when her coworker came by and removed the 10% discount for her. Im not upset about the fact we didnt get the discount we were promised, but we were constantly being pressured into something we didnt want is what the issue was. Your workers should be able to take No for an answer, “No” doesnt mean maybe if you convince me, it means No!
On top of that, it probably took us +40 min simply to check out and leave, and there were other people waiting in line. Hopefully the Manager or somebody can address this with their workers because this isnt fair for us or anyone else!

Lots of changing rooms, the store decentlystocked. Prices are always higher than I expect but the sales are really good and the clothing is good quality.
