Kelly is a thorough instructor and if you're a first timer, you'll feel comfortable going out after her initial lesson. I went on an eco tour, so saw dolphins and even a sea turtle Kelly pointed out! This is an easy socially distant outdoor activity to take kids on or a group of friends!

I have done both the SUP yoga and the Ecotour with Koastal and could not have had more fun! Yoga on the water is truly an experience. And the Ecotour is beautiful! We saw sea turtles and birds and Kelly was so knowledgeable about the local wildlife and ecosystem. Highly recommended!

Koastal Paddleboard Yoga teaches you how to be comfortable on the board and starts educating you before you leave the dock. Great time to be had by all. Beginner friendly! Might see a dolphin or two. Best view of St Augustine lighthouse.
