Our sofa had a problem with the reclining mechanism. Steve and Jeremy came to our house the next day and fixed the problem and restuffed the backs. It is nice and comfortable, just like new. The customer service is excellent and the furniture in store is beautiful!! Thank you Steve and Jeremy!!

I purchased a chair a few years ago and recently had a slight issue with it. I called and Steve & Jeremy came out the same day to replace a part and the chair is like new again!
