My original design was boring and unimaginative, but they presented us with a design that is so stunning that I still lose my breath when I walk in. The difference is night and day yet to a new observer it looks like it was always so perfect! Another very important part of the renovation is the people who are in your house doing the work. Brian and Rachel have assembled a group that arrives when they say, are neat and respect your home, and are kind and friendly. I actually enjoyed having them around. She informed us about the company, the making of the furniture and its quality, and helped us with the many color choices available. Very nice person, calm and helpful throughout the process. The delivery person was there as well and he let us know what he would do to deliver and set up the piece at my home, and offered to remove old couch if necessary. The entire process was great and the people really care about their customers. Excellent business; I highly recommend.”
