“Great place to store your stuff. Reserving your unit online was easy. Then getting your code to get into the unit through the app was simple. It was all contactless. However, I did receive a call to ensure everything was great in my end and to see if I needed any help. Staff onsite are also a great help with anything you need. Will definitely use Extra Space Storage in the future.”

“Highly recommend this U-Haul location for their excellent customer service and workmanship! I booked an appointment online Friday morning to have a trailer hitch installed later that day. They were closing early due to construction so they called to tell me they couldn’t do it that day and wouldn’t be able to get me in until Monday. When I explained I was leaving for my trip Sunday morning and needed the trailer hitch before then, Jeremy worked it out to come in that Saturday morning (normally his day off) to take care of the installation. Very professional on the phone and I couldn’t believe that someone actually went the extra mile for a customer. That’s a rare occurrence these days! A huge thank you to Jeremy for going above and beyond and for doing an excellent job on the installation. I truly appreciate it and recommend anyone needing a trailer hitch installed or anything from U-Haul to use this location.”

And with that being very emotional and a bit chaotic experience the renting of a uhaul through Devon self storage wasn't. “This location was extremely helpful throughout the reservation and pick up process. Our plans changed multiple times and they assisted through that. When it was time to pick up our truck the uhaul systems were down and didn’t work until after hours. They helped process the pickup after hours to be sure we were able to make our move date. Great service and friendly people!”
“Polite and knowledgeable associate in the store, van was clean, overall good experience. However, hidden fees such as the ‘required’ $11 coverage on the van should be clearly explained either in store /before/ getting the vehicle OR online when making the reservation. I selected no coverage, immediately reimburse u-haul when making my reservation online. It wasn’t until I was in the middle of my short in town move that I saw the $11 charge on my paper. It wasn’t explained beforehand that it was required therefore time was wasted trying to figure that out. I’m sure others would prefer this to be clearly stated as well, nobody likes surprises on a bill or hidden fees/charges whether is be $11 or $100. Principle is the same. I will rent from this location again should we need services in St Augustine.”

“I picked up truck in SC and drove it to FL. The truck was in great shape, and drove well. I was unable to unload the truck for over a week. I called Penske and told them I was being delayed in moving into my Condo, and they kept on giving me an extension, and they didn’t charge a fortune. Thank you Penske.”
