Price guarantee is a no brainer. Helpful personnel didn’t try to sell us something else. You do have to keep them on track, the whole industry is about upselling.

My wife and I came in looking for a certain brand of mattress to test out but found a Stearns & Foster mattress on sale that perfectly met our needs since we both have bad backs! Salesman was helpful and cheerful along the whole process! We bought the king size bed and look forward to a restful night's sleep!

This is my third purchase from Matress Firm. Two visits this year. Purchased a king size adjustable frame and mattress the first time. Today’s purchase was for a queen size box spring. They didn’t have one in stock but were able to locate one at another store just two miles away.
I was able to pick it up there with no issue.
Damian was the salesman who helped me in the past and he was equally as helpful today.
