Damien was very helpful, patient and kind. He was not pushy. He was quiet and peaceful and respectful.

It has been many years since we have needed new mattresses. My experience at Mattress Firm was a pleasant surprise. No hard sell, both Damian and Alex, previously, showed us what we asked to see. We were very satisfied with our purchases. And the experience.

Worked with David and Alex at the Saint Augustine location. They were life savers and helped me to get out of the mattress I had and was not sleeping in with an easy exchange.
