“I wish I could give them 10 stars. One of the nicest, most caring medical establishments I've ever been to.I went in this morning with a list of 19 labs ordered by my doctor. The cost for this was going to be VERY expensive - especially for me as a self-pay patient. Instead of just taking my money, the phlebotomist on call suggested that I call my doctor to see if they could reduce the list of tests needed. He felt so badly for me because I left "empty-handed" that he offered to make me a cup of coffee with cream and sugar. This kind of service is unheard of.Another side note is that the lady who checked me in kept apologizing to me that I had to wait "so long" when it was only 10-15 minutes!”

“I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else but here for lab work! Even if you don't schedule an appointment, you are in & out with very minimal waiting. But it's the techs who keep me returning! They are caring, friendly & extremely efficient! Rarely do I feel more than a very tiny pinch of them inserting the needle!”

“I made an appointment ahead of time online and had no issues being seen at the time of my appointment. Keep in mind they get booked up really fast and you might need to schedule a week or two in advance for a specific time frame. The waiting room is small. The guy next to me thought he was a "walk in" but the nurse told him he was actually "stand by" and not guaranteed a spot unless someone no showed or cancelled their appointment- so that's good to know. When I told the nurse I'm nervous around needles her countenance became softer and she engaged in conversation to keep me distracted. I had no problems and would schedule an appointment here again.”

“I had a great experience at this location. I will say that it is always a better experience when you have an appt instead of being a walk in. Teresa was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. Please remember that the staff is trying their best, and if you are a walk in (and hungry) your experience might be a little influenced by that.”
