Arrived at 6am 1st to sign in have been waiting 3hrs for a blood draw. Staff not helpful, don't care about walk ins, poor service. Will wait a few more min then my doctor and Hr department will be getting calls. Nobody to talk to all they have is an electronic check in station. Poor administrative

No wait, easy to schedule visits, the people are very competent, kind and gentle. No pain with drawing the sample blood. I also like getting my results directly when they are processed so I can review them before my doctor visit. Highly recommend Quest.
