Nike Factory Store - St Augustine is a very large, clean, well stocked outlet with many items on sale. Customers praise the great selection of shoes, apparel, basketballs, and other gear. Staff are friendly, helpful, and greet customers at the door, going the extra mile. Prices are good and many sizes are available. The atmosphere is awesome, and the store is always tidy. Some shoppers note that the store closes at 6:00 and that the staff handle returns and exchanges efficiently. Overall, the store offers a great experience with excellent customer service and a wide range of products at good prices.
These outlets are small when compared with Orlando however this is a bonus as it is less crowded. I liked it.

Deals where sweet but they machines are lacking when you go to check out. They might charge you twice for the same transaction, not on purpose though.

After receiving Stellar Customer Service (from a young lady with dreadlocks), I asked a cashier for the manager so could tell them about this Great Employee. To my surprise, the 'Great Employee' was the manager!!
