“My wife and I are on vacation, and used this as an occasion to replace my worn work shoes. Will greeted us and was very attentive: Julie was extremely knowledgeable about the distinctions between various New Balance shoes. She observed my gait, how my existing shoes had worn, and made recommendations accordingly. An added bonus: my wife found shoes on clearance that were much more comfortable than what she was wearing, and bought them, too!”

“I went into Puma the other day and had a great experience. I was helped by a man named Rui. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. I had a few gifts to buy and I'm not a fan of shopping. I walked in very unsure and undecided. I'm sure I drove him crazy! He was so helpful and kind. He helped me pick out every single gift, and even convinced me to buy a few things for myself. This was my first time at Puma and with an employee like Rui, I will definitely be back. The personal attention he gave to me was something that you don't see in other stores. He actually turned my dreaded shopping trip into a good time. If he did not know something he would tell you. if you are in the Saint Augustine area I would definitely recommend checking them out. They do not have a huge supply of firearms on hand but if you're looking for reloading stuff they will probably have it along with the information you might need.”
