Had horrible experience with grooming. I asked for a longer cut on my dog due to her skin tags and they went shorter than previously. She was practically shaved, they cut a skin tag which caused her to bleed, cut off her whiskers and you can clearly see spots of shaving where the clippers went straight to skin. Very unhappy and will never go back to grooming department.

Amazing almost hidden location! Needed dog food and was almost overwhelmed with choices! I didn't know that there were so many choices just for dog food. Store was clean and staffed with pleasant, friendly associates. Very nice location!

The pet supplies plus building and staff are really nice, but the only problem I saw was the permit in the left elevator was 2 years expired. Since I am an elevator repair man these things really bother me.

Excellent store with great variety of pet supplies. We buy all our dog food here and use their self-service dog bath every other week, an amazing deal for the price and keeps your home tub clean.

Friendly staff and good prices with the monthly sales and coupons. Slight hitch in the online ordering process - I never receive confirmations when my order is ready. But it's easy enough to call the store and check.

Bri was the best! If everyone in customer service was like Bri, everyone would be the happiest customer ever. I was lucky to have taken my daughter to a friend’s house in St A. I needed something to do for a few hours. I had my new dog Brandy with me, and after she pulled me through a nature park for a ‘nice stroll’ I googled the nearest pet store. I love my Atlantic Beach Pet Supplies Plus, so I was happy that’s what came up. Bri helped me with size, best color for Brandy; she knew style was just as important as a happy walk. ? Bri put each harness on and adjusted each one to fit. She was very generous in doing that! I have never used a harness. It would have taken me through a bout of confusion and frustration to put that thing on a dog who wasn’t wanting to be still for it!! Thank you Bri! And now! Brandy is styling, rockin an ocean blue harness, (the color Bri knew she’d rock) and I’m smiling not getting pulled on our walk! And! The leash no longer goes under her front leg. Ahh, peace!! Thanks Bri!!I also bought treats on sale, and a great de-shedder Bri recommended. She was very patient and understanding about not only getting the perfect style, but also price!!
