My first visit to this PetSmart location. Store was clean, organized to make things easy to find, but check out line way too long. Only one cashier (who did a very good job) 8 people in line, some with pets, was just too many. A couple of customers just left.

Was charged for stuff I didn’t ask for. Very rude when I questioned it. Put a hold on my account. I have been having grooming for over ten years. We travel and use Petsmart for convenience. When I called to ask why they said I said I was going to cancel payment. Which I did not say. Now I have to prove my dog isn’t an issue. She was matted but not as bad as they said.

Kids come here daily- the pride flag/transgender is all over the grooming room when you first enter.

We have been shopping here for many years. Sydney is the sweetest!! They have the best crickets!! My 2 veiled chameleons,3 bearded dragons, leopard gecko, blue tongue skink, & 2 tarantulas all approve! ?

Please do not use the grooming services at PetSmart St Augustine. They are unreliable with services that you pay for and in my opinion, I would not trust them again with my dog.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful, but I will not be returning to this PetSmart location. They very rarely have my pets’ foods in stock which is very inconvenient, given this is the closest location to my home. I also have a very difficult time finding other products for my pets that I rarely have trouble finding at others. Also important to note, this location does NOT stock Purina brand prescription food. So if your pet is prescribed a Purina Veterinary diet, go elsewhere.

I just had the most bizarre and terrible experience at PetsMart St Augustine. We brought our two 8month old Cane Corso puppies in for a bath and nail trim. We were quoted $87 for both which was reasonable. We were told that it should only take a couple of hours and that they would call. They never did and 3-3.5 hours later, we call to see if they were ready thinking maybe they had been extremely busy. What we were told was unusual, they said the baths are completed but not the nails because they were nervous and one puppy dribble some pee and they stopped and placed them in cages. We immediately came to pick up our boys and the bill was for the full amount. I proceeded to the register and asked “ do I pay full price if only half service was provided?” She called the manager on duty and she went to ask the groomers what was the issue. Upon returning she told us that the puppies were stressed and that the service wasn’t complete. I asked again, then why am I being charged full price and the manager on duty became highly agitated and began to “school me” on how they handled situations and that I was basically SOL on a price reduction. I asked to see the store manager or get their information but, she refused and said she was the manager and then said moments later, there were five managers there. I said, I want to speak to a District Manager and she became loud and verbally abusive to my spouse and myself. I told her I wanted to pay and leave and she told me I should leave! I told her she had a lot to learn about animals and customer service and she stated that she didn’t even own a dog! Just plain weird altercation with a very low quality and unskilled manager that is supposed to give top quality customer we service. I want a District Manager to reach out to me for resolution. It’s not the money but, who else has she treated this way. In called for, unnecessary and unprofessional! You’ve lost my business and that of everyone that I know may shop there. She needs to go before your doors close!

It's a petsmart! If you don't know what that is then you're probably not coming here anyway. They always have good service and quick in and out for the few things that we need.

St.augustine store was very disappointing tonight, person at the checkout was great ,my wife asked her for a product they were out of on the shelf and the female I assume was the manager told us they have never carried the product,we told her we always buy it there and she told us we were wrong and there are plenty of other pet stores in the area.and hatefully told us we surely bought the product elsewhere. She needs retraining in customer service.

We took our 9-month old puppy in for grooming; we’re spending a month in FL and our normal groomer wasn’t able to get to her before we left. As a nervous puppy mom, I was worried about leaving her, but Sara put me at ease immediately. She was caring and kind and Cali seemed to really take to her. Cali had a great grooming experience and came home not stressed at all. I would highly recommend Sara!

I highly recommend Cristel for grooming services for your pet! She was friendly, thorough, and knowledgable! She took extra care with our 8 yr old dachshund, who has IVDD. Layla was very pleased with her services, as were we, her parents!
