When I pulled up to the pharmacy window this evening after a long day at work, I pushed the button to ring for service whereupon the pharmacist gave me an irritated look from his post, so I waved a friendly hello and he took it obviously as something else, because he then gave me an even further agitated look of exasperation and a “wait a minute” gesture as if I was harassing him. Soon an assistant came to the window and informed me that I shouldn’t ever ring the bell because it was nasty and dirty and there was a sensor above their window that would alert them when someone drove up to the window. I replied, “how would I know such a thing???? The button stated “RING FOR SERVICE” Then she was basically curt and rude and acted like she could not hear me clearly for the rest of our interaction.

Three stars because there's a woman who works here who is very sweet and helpful. I will update with her name if I run into her again. You lost 2 stars because your pharmacist Chris is very cold and doesn't seem very knowledgeable. I told him the dosage of my wife's pain medicine (she has arthritis and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) to learn how it might interact with an OTC cold medicine and he said "that dosage makes absolutely no sense to me" then proceeded to be very short/try to ignore me when I came to ask another question. I was very polite and there was no one else waiting at the counter, so I'm not sure why he was being so impatient. All I know is, people come to your counter because they're sick and they need help. You should treat them with kindness and patience. If you can't, you chose the wrong profession.

Placed and order pickup for a sub and when I arrived they were completely backed up with none of the orders done. I quickly got in line to order instead of waiting for the pickup. After waiting about 10 minutes Jonathan came and started to help and made the lady before me, and my sub extremely quickly and efficiently. Shoutout to him! Thanks for the speed and urgency. Sometimes employees don't take into account that customers are in a rush and purposefully placed it ahead of time. I ordered it to be ready at 1:10 and left the store at 1:26. Thanks for the great service Jonathon. Manager, please make sure the order pickup subs are ready at the time stated. Although I do understand today is Mother's Day so it may have been busier than usual.

They make mistakes with my meds telling me to overdose on my psych meds. I had previously left them, but I came back because of the drive-through and they’re right next to my house. Previously, the lady was laughing at my pain. Now that I’ve come back they’re changing my trazodone prescription and telling me to take 200 mg when the doctor wrote 150 mg script. They changed my Seroquel by telling me to take 200 mg a night when the doctor wrote the script to 150. They’re laughing at me when I call them up on the mistake and they’re blaming the doctor which is completely wrong. The doctor is sending a script for 150 and these jerks are making it 200 with my psych meds, telling me to overdose every time I go there.

Reading all the comments about your pharmacy , I noticed that there are lot more negative comments than positive ones . It happens most of the time; when my doctor orders a medicine I give enough time to pick it up , but usually I always have to return the day after. Since yesterday my husband's doctor sent a prescription for high blood pressure, I waited until 6pm. to go and pick it up and of course they did not have it then. (I'm having COVID now). I asked my neighbor today to do me the favor and pick it up and she was told that it will not be ready until tomorrow. This is a serious problem, please do something.

Just picked up 2 prescriptions. THANKS to Cary, we saved $50! She asked if we were aware of the high cost of one of them. When I asked if Good Rx was cheaper, she got out her cell and looked it up ... and we saved $50! This is why we use the Publix Pharmacy at Mission Trace! THANK YOU, Cary!

Second time I placed an order on line to pick up. First time they didn't even have it ready. I don't have time to wait. The second time they totally screwed it up. Really??? Use to be one of the best stores. What happened??

Just walked out without making any purchase! 9:40 on a Saturday morning and I'm standing at the Deli with one guy ahead of me at the sub counter and he stated he'd been waiting for service for 10 minutes. I counted 8 employees and one mgr. behind the counter literally bumping into one another and totally ignoring the fact they had customers waiting! Additionally, there was not one box of fried chicken/chicken wings in the warm rack - completely empty! I waited 8 minutes and left. No employee even acknowledged my presence. I guess it's not about the customer anymore is it? George Jenkins must be rolling over in this grave! And they can stick those self checkout registers up there A$$!

The single most inappropriate and unprofessional pharmacy I have ever visited in my entire life. This store is not kept clean, the staff is rude, as far as Publix goes this one is garbage at best.

I have shopped this store at least twice a week for the he last 3-4 years since relocating as a full time resident from Jacksonville where I shopped the store at Atlantic Blvd and Bartram Rd. I have very seldom had any indication of rude or unhelpful employees as anytime I've had a question it's been promptly addressed. Love the store, love the chain. If I'm traveling and need to make stop by a grocery store Publix is where I look to go first!

Always fresh fruits and veggies. The meat is of superior quality. I highly recommend using Publix for your food and prescription products.
