Publix Pharmacy at Moultrie Square usually provides a great experience with extremely kind and patient staff who are polite and professional. The store has a great layout and vibes, is clean, and offers a nice variety of food with amazing quality. It does not require a supermarket card and has lots of parking. However, the location is frequently out of specific stock items, which is a consistent gripe. While most encounters are positive, there have been rare instances of staff being short and off-putting.
Does Publix have a statement on their website advising customers if they have been affected by Optum cyber attack? It's nowhere to be found. It would save a ton of phone calls to local pharmacies. Customers need to know where things stand. Do better Publix!
