“Great neighborhood store, helping staff. Excellent pharmacy!!!! Drive thru pharmacy. Variety of brands. Self check out option. I've had photos and framed photos done here which are beautiful. Yearly holiday cards. I've downloaded info/ photos from my cell onto pin drives. Advertised specials always in stock. Overall, I would go out of my way to shop at this store over others. PS- access to Gaye Express car wash right next door. No pulling out on US1 or Watson needed.”

Things got complicated with insurance company but CVS didn't give up. Finally recd drug and then they filled a 2nd request. Team earned my respect and gratitude for their efforts.”
“I just went through my medicines and refills with a sweet lady named Holly. I have and appointment with my doctor for my refills but not until April. She went through my medicines with me and was so pleasant and helpful. I have never posted a review on here but I surely think this lady deserves to be recognized for her attitude, professionalism, and her personality. She made it painless and easy for me and I appreciate that so much!!!”

“Holy schmoley! My experience at this store was one for the books! It all started when I walked in the store and the young man working on the floor, Zack, welcomed me in and asked if I needed any help. I have a speech impediment and am an immigrant learning English, so initially it was hard to tell him what I needed help with. Eventually Zack opted for a translator app which was very smart and helped me right away! Will definitely be transferring my prescriptions to here from the CVS down the street which were very rude and unproductive especially in the pharmacy! Not to mention, the store smells terrible! Nonetheless, gracias from Guatemala!”

“We moved to Silverleaf a year ago from north Jax. This CVS pharmacy is our primary pharmacy! I’m impressed with the service that the staff and the head pharmacist offer. The head pharmacist explained us how to use insulin pen for my gestational diabetes and also advised us which needle is best for my pregnancy and my pocket. The drive through service is quick as well. The entire staff try their best to answer your questions and never make you wait unnecessarily unlike other CVS locations/pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy! 10 on 10 from my family! ??”
“I had an issue with refilling my prescription (my fault) and I called the pharmacy 30 mins before closing the other day. The lady on the phone was so kind and understanding. Everything worked out great and I was able to go in the next morning to pick up my script. I appreciated it!!”

“Update to my review: Removed my 1 star review as I haven’t seen the old pharmacist. But the new pharmacist, best way I can describe him is he’s younger guy with neck tattoos. But he was great. Called about a prescription that I was told I could pick up the previous day and he said if I can be up there in 10 minutes he’d have it ready. Fastest fill I’ve ever seen. That pharmacist was bro!”
“Visiting the area for several weeks and needed medication refills. Used Chat feature and arranged for pickup at St Augustine Beach location. This was accomplished readily and I found all staff at this Walgreens to be very professional and friendly; from the pharmacy to the front checkout register.
