“I arrived in st. A for a month and realized I forgot a critical drug. Met with pharmacist who got the ball rolling on order although I knew I wasn't due for refill. Things got complicated with insurance company but CVS didn't give up. Finally recd drug and then they filled a 2nd request. Team earned my respect and gratitude for their efforts.”
“Friday evening 8/23/24 I called the pharmacy because A loved one wanted to be picked up from a rehab center in Orange Park when we left they refused to give her any of her medication. She is 65 with Parkinson’s! I spoke to Nathan. He unfortunately was unable to help her with medication but he cared so much he gave me a few alternatives. He really showed concern. To be good at your job and have a heart for others, I feel is a rare quality to find in people nowadays. CVS is lucky to have found this gentleman. I’m sure he will go far! ( may have gotten his name wrong if I did I’m so so sorry when I called the store to ask the girl was definitely not as nice!)”

I have never posted a review on here but I surely think this lady deserves to be recognized for her attitude, professionalism, and her personality. She made it painless and easy for me and I appreciate that so much!!!”
“Holy schmoley! My experience at this store was one for the books! It all started when I walked in the store and the young man working on the floor, Zack, welcomed me in and asked if I needed any help. I have a speech impediment and am an immigrant learning English, so initially it was hard to tell him what I needed help with. Eventually Zack opted for a translator app which was very smart and helped me right away! Will definitely be transferring my prescriptions to here from the CVS down the street which were very rude and unproductive especially in the pharmacy! Not to mention, the store smells terrible! Nonetheless, gracias from Guatemala!”

He actually held 1 for me until I could get there to pick up as I was over an hour away. Excellent customer service representative!! “We moved to Silverleaf a year ago from north Jax. This CVS pharmacy is our primary pharmacy! I’m impressed with the service that the staff and the head pharmacist offer. The head pharmacist explained us how to use insulin pen for my gestational diabetes and also advised us which needle is best for my pregnancy and my pocket. The drive through service is quick as well. The entire staff try their best to answer your questions and never make you wait unnecessarily unlike other CVS locations/pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy! 10 on 10 from my family! ??”

“Over the last 3 years, I unfortunately suffered some medical challenges such as an Aortic Dissection and Septic Shock. This near death ordeal obviously led to many medications prescribed for me by my surgeons and doctors. Pharmacy Manager Tom and his team have been a tremendous help in assisting me in navigating through the complex frequency and doses of all my meds. I have previously used other pharmacies in the area and none of them even come close to the knowledge and caring attitude of Tom and his team. I would highly recommend them as I will never go anywhere else.”

Above & beyond service even with the rush and just 1 tech and 1 pharmacist that I could see.”
