“I had 2 rx that were waiting for pick up in CT. We came down for vacation and i forgot to grab them. The ladies here were awesome. I tried transferring them from CT to here in St A using the CVS App. Which didn't work. The staff were able to find them in the central system and "grab" them from the Ct store and had them filled here.All 3 were nice and professional and certainly understanding of my situation .I am very thankful for everything”

“Had an emergency while vacationing in St Augustine. My daughter left her insulin at home. Went to the the CVS on Ponce de Leon in St Augustine and Jessica the pharmacist went above and beyond. She worked diligently to help us with approval of the medication with insurance and helped facilitate getting the prescription at another CVS as they did not have enough to fill at her store. She even gave me printed directions to the other store to ensure the quickest way to get to the other store. She was our saving grace in a very stressful situation. A special Thank you to Jessica (pharmacist).”

“??♀️This is not a bad review all together. I go to the Cobblestone Publix very often and I always would have a good review. I just witnessed some thing that just took me aback earlier. ?However, this is review about one bagger… ??♀️Well, here’s something I’ve never seen before. Normally Publix employees are very pleasant and if you’re in customer service normally you’re going to try your best not to be openly rude. However, one of the Publix baggers here at Cobblestone was bringing in some carts and someone was being nice and waiting for her to go and then he would go. I was to the left back of her. Instead of letting him go politely, she just huffs and rolls her eyes and then because she stopped for a bit,he starts to walk in front of her to pass her and she literally waits till he’s in front of her and she pushes forward and hits him with the carts and then ask is if she didn’t just do that. I do not know the the name of this associate, just a young woman with a very puffy black bun. I’m just saying, when I was a bagger, we didn’t run over people on purpose. No exaggeration, she literally waited till he got right in front of her and pushed forward not by accident and it was clear. ??♀️”
