Arrived at 6am 1st to sign in have been waiting 3hrs for a blood draw. Staff not helpful, don't care about walk ins, poor service. Will wait a few more min then my doctor and Hr department will be getting calls. Nobody to talk to all they have is an electronic check in station. Poor administrative

Coming to this location for years. Always schedule appointment online-first available appointment usually a few days out as location seems very busy. Once there: easy check in process; minimal wait time & helpful staff especially when doctor says scripts sent but no script found.

I love this laboratory. The wait time because I had an appointment was minimal, and the employees were great. The phlebotomist was very professional. In other labs I have visited, they always have a hard time finding my veins, but the woman who drew my blood found one quickly and best of all, it did not hurt.
