I wish I can give zero stars, this place customer service is worst than horrible. I will not be go back, and will try to avoid Quest as much as possible. My wife visited this place on 17 Feb 2024 and signed in as a walk in. The systems says it will take between 30 and 60 min, but the person taking the test, does not bother in working in the people on the waiting list. Teresa, as a very bad attitude with everyone. She states that her priority is only for the patience with appointments. So after being on the list for over an hour, she told my wife (with a very bad attitute) to leave an come back on Monday since she will not get service today. If you cannot take care of people on the waiting list, then just do not have that option. After my wife steps outside to leave she was called in and taken care by another employee. This not only happened to my wife, there was another patience that was already in the list that was turned away, after registering since Teresa states that she will not deal with any walk in after 10 am. She went as far as turning the light off after this patience left leaving people in a darker waiting room to indicate that they were closed. This is completely unacceptable. Do not offer a service (walk in) if you cannot provide it!Keep away from this horrible service lab if you can avoid. I live 4 minutes away and will prefer to travel than to deal with this bad attitude and service.

Zero stars. The most dysfunctional systems I've ever dealt with. I can't cancel my appointment with Quest. .1n.... I just keep going in circles with menus. I'm so frustrated

Horrible customer service. No way of making an appointment online. Walked in, waited 3hrs for fasting labs, my son almost fainted. Ridiculous and outrigous. I could understand if there was only one person running the lab but there were 4 people. Noone of the friendly or willing to give information. Wow!!

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO QUEST FOR MANY YEARS. I FOUND THAT LATELY IT HAS REALLY CHANGED!! TIIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WAS TOLD THEY WERE TWO WEEKS OUT . WALKINS ARE ALLOWED BUT LAST TIME I HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS TO BE SEEN.SOMETHING IS VERY DIFFERENT LATELY.i CALLED MY DR. AND THEY SAID MANY CUSTOMERS COMPLAINED LATELY WHY NOT TRY LABCORP?FOUND LABCORP NOW IS AN MANY WALGREENS SO I CONTACTED THEM (they actualy answered the phone by a real person, quest doesnt even answer at all)WENT TO WALGREENS THIS MORNING HAD A WODERFUL EXPERIENCE VERY PROFESSIONAL.WALKED RIGHT IN they open at 7am was seen immediately by a very professional lady who 2 minutes later i was donf

My wife waited 4 hours as a walkin. 4 walkin customers behind her were served first. The staff blamed the sketchy computer system and then told her they, after 4 hours they couldn't take her. She had been fasting. She left in tears, her whole day wasted. They have ZERO empathy. They are rude and have no respect for their patients.What a display of total failure as a medical provider. They should be ashamed.

Bad service, online scheduling is sketchy at best and without an appointment they seem to take delight in making patients (customers) miserable. This was my 3rd attempt to get bloodwork done at this location. Everything is a problem for these people. Truly sets a new standard for how not to run a business. Wouldn't try them again if they were the last lab on the planet :)

There is absolutely no reason to become defensive to every single client that comes in and tries to talk to you about their situation. There is no reason to immediately be rude!!! I understand being understaffed but come on! That doesn’t mean you have to be mean. The workers here need to work on their attitudes. This has been multiple times that I’ve come in and they act this way. Absolutely RIDICULOUS

I had an appointment at this location for several weeks ahead, and was just notified by email today that they were cancelling my appointment because of renovations just days before my appointment. Since my appointment was a fasting appointment, I made an early morning appointment. Now that its cancelled, I have to take an afternoon appointment after the date that my doctor had requested. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional! I would not recommend this facility.

They had me waiting since 7 am & never called me or any other walk-ins in for any lab testing. They completely ignored anyone without an appointment! And you can't get an appointment less than a week in advance. Go to Arcpoint labs on US hwy 1 S. They got me in & out fast!

Just had my appointment with Dawn(terrific) at Cobblestone. Came on time, was out in ten minutes. The walk -in's were still sitting there waiting. A couple things, realize places are still understaffed and stressed. The staff deals with a few clients, not prepared, verbally abusive and rude. Secondly, have always had an appointment and never waited, easily done online. Also our St. Augustine area has grown tremendously and I think you will find many doctors office crowded, and understaffed as well.

Horrible customer service. This location, as well as numerous other Quest Diagnostics locations in the area have canceled appointments on me, sometimes with only a one or two day notice. This is unacceptable. When you click their provided link to reschedule, there are no available appointments for over two weeks, within a 50 minute radius. What an absolute joke. Quest diagnostics should close permanently. I’ve never had this issue with LabCorp, nor other lab work companies. Don’t even waste your time scheduling an appointment with Quest Diagnostics; I’d bet they’ll cancel it on you, and the odds are in my favor with that bet!
