ATM has no money! WTH! Second Truist I have been to in the past 20 mins and neither work. I guess we will just pay another bank to get our money out!?

Since Truist has purchased Suntrust their customer service has just gone to complete garbage. Used to be a few minutes of holding and you could get the information or questions answered quickly. Truist has been a minimum of an hour wait then talking to someone cant speak English clearly only to get transferred a minimum... read full comment
