“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Truist branch at 4600 US-1 in St. Augustine genuinely impressed me.
I came in to open an account, get clarity on a loan, and handle a wire transfer all things that can usually turn into a long, stressful process. Instead, there was no wait, everything moved smoothly, and the entire experience felt organized and efficient from start to finish.
Robert was the one who helped me, and he made a huge difference. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and made sure I understood all my options. On top of that, he helped me make decisions that saved me both time and money, which is something you don’t come across often.
What stood out most was how easy and comfortable the whole process felt. I walked in with questions and left feeling confident, clear, and taken care of. It wasn’t just good customer service it felt like genuine help.
I would absolutely go out of my way to come back to this location, and I’d confidently trust them with bigger financial decisions as well.
Highly recommend this Truist branch, and definitely ask for Robert if you can. I’d refer friends and family here without hesitation.”

“I truly never thought I’d leave a 5 star Google review for a large corporate bank, but here I am… in a world of large over complicated business some new things like apps and online portals are unavoidable, and it makes you appreciate an actual personal banking experience, like the one I remember from when I opened my first accounts 35 years ago… i recently had situation that was a little bit overwhelming, and some of it involved banking info, I called the chase near me that I go to, this one, and a rep named j Michael treated me the way i remember banks doing what they could to take care of customers, he helped me print some documents and made sure I had all the correct information I needed to fill them out, truly an amazing help in that situation, and I’ve gone back a few times for regular business recently and guess who’s there… on top of it, helping me out… in a world full of new technology and online banking chase and j Michael earned this 5 star review for truly helping me out, and providing consistent reliable and friendly service.
