Alex was extremely helpful in explaining what they believed the issue might be, and advised that I go to the dealership asap. He shared all the relevant info I’d need to explain the problem and made sure I had my recent TP service records. He also told me to call if I needed anything or got pushback from the dealership. My car is being serviced at Hyundai as I type this - thanks so much!”

“As a woman, it’s very difficult to find a good mechanic. They have a tendency to take advantage of you. This is the kindest most honest man I’ve ever met and he does the best work you see only person who’s allowed to touch my car I will go nowhere else ever because I know he will never lie to me. He doesn’t do any work that doesn’t need to be done and he always takes care of me.”
“The members at this store, particularly Mark, extended the kind of service you always hope to receive. We were traveling from Mobile, Alabama visiting St. Augustine for a quick weekend getaway. About 50 miles from our destination our car began wobbling. After we stopped and inspected our tires we discovered the back two were shot. We called several BMW dealerships in the area as well as other tires shops and no one was able to get us the tires we needed, except Mark at Goodyear. He promised to have the tires by a certain time that afternoon, he stayed in touch with us and kept us informed, and did exactly what he said he would do by having us back on the road the same day. We cannot speak enough about the type of service we received and the relief we felt. So, thank you Mark and your team!”

“I needed just one tire because the other 3 were still very good. I called Adam's tires to see if they had that exact tire, they did not so I ordered one online. I had mailed it to me and brought it in with the vehicle for Adam's tires to install. Not only were they great when I first called, but they took care of us immediately when I brought it in to have it mounted and balanced.

“I had an emergency tire repair on my son’s car just before he was driving back to college. I had taken it to the chain store where I purchased the tires and was told I needed 4 new tires. I came to RPM and they replaced the tire stem and got me on my way. Tires were fine. Tony and Thomas were super fast, efficient and friendly. I will be back again for sure. I highly recommend RPM.”
