This the the postal annex, trying to locate a lost package and Roxy tried to help. She was really nice and had great customer service skills. Really busy place and parking is tough

Very poor system at this post office annex.
The phone just rings and rings, then you get a busy signal.
It's places like this that give the postal service a BAD name!

This place is why they coined the term Snail Mail. Lived across the country as well as this state. They take the prize for being the best at taking their sweet old time to deliver mail.
