It’s a post office in a tourist area. So yes expect busier than typical. Sometimes fast and smooth.

Fabulous staff BUT extremely long lines. I drive 30 mins to mail from a different post office and live 3 miles from this one.

The worst usps post office in Florida or perhaps US. I have now had few encounters with the clerk Chong and today was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant. She is rude, verbally and non verbally, I wish to never go to this location again for any of my business needs. We run a business and ship 20-30 packages a day, thank Goddess for daily pickup service because I could not handle her unpleasant behavior and when you say something she will tell you, “ yea go ahead complain to my post master, as if he will discipline me, he would have to do my job”. Can you believe someone would tell you this when you ask to speak to a supervisor. Why can I not just speak to a supervisor, If I wanted my issue addressed. Why have someone so unhelpful working there? Why work at a job you feel miserable at? I just cannot understand. It blows my mind how unkind some people can be.

I’ve lived in three different states, and this is by far the WORST USPS I’ve experienced! There were only two people working at the front desk, just one of many issues, but not even the biggest.
I came in to return a SHEIN order. I had the clothes packed in a large Amazon bag, and when I reached the counter, I simply asked for a small piece of tape to seal it. The woman at the counter (Asian lady) said she couldn’t give me any tape. I was honestly shocked.
She told me I had two options: either buy a new bag for $2.99 or buy an entire roll of tape just to seal the bag I already brought. This feels like first-class robbery! It’s not about the money, it’s a piece of tape. It’s about the principle!

On the 14th of June this year, the postal carrier marked off a package being delivered in the mailbox which it was not. I could not find it. Apparently, it was left at the neighbors somewhere. On the 16th of June, the postal carrier market it left at the front doorstep when they left it over at the neighbors at the side of their house near no door. They're not reading the addresses and paying attention to where they're dropping packages off at.

I walked in and 6 people were in line. There was 1 clerk working. It took 30 minutes to be served. I find this unacceptable! The supervisor scheduling should do better!

Worst posts office ever,this is the second time they lost my package,package it was scan from the 26 of April..and said out for delivery.. now is the 6 of April,on till this day I can't get my package....

I’ve never ever had kind and nice agent assisting me at the post office. I can’t say that anymore. Elizabeth and Leonard were kind, patient and efficient. Worth my drive and I definitely recommend this location.

This post office is stealing mail, I run a business here and this has been getting worse.
My packages have been getting ripped open and stolen.
A birthday from my aunt to my wife had the check stolen from it. This post office is awful

They don't deliver mail or packages in our subdivision, only two people behind the desk...Because people work schedule do not allow everyone to got pick up their mail weekly downtown st Augustine. I Arrived at 1.30pm talk to the employee he refused to give me the mail of my neighbors which I have authorization and copy of ID of the neighbors. He had to call a supervisor Luis who was very kind and handed me our mail ! Isn't stupid to refuse giving mail even when you have authorization and ID !

Never had a positive interaction with anyone in relation to the St. Augustine office. There are a couple of nice mail carriers, but office and customer service people just pretty much don’t care.
