I had the best and most seamless experience with Eric just yesterday. I always dread getting a new phone or purchasing a new car because somehow it takes forever and is always a long complicated process. I was in and out in 28 minutes. He handled everything. Ivan Cole and Jordan were super helpful. I have come back multiple times to the location on A1A Anastasia Island and I can always count on these Verizon guys. they always get me fixed up with any problem I have with my devices across the board.
