“After my iPhone went into SOS mode, I lost many of my apps and contacts. I did my best to re-enter what I could remember, but I was unable to get any cellular service back on the device. I visited a corporate Verizon store, hoping for a quick resolution, but the representative there was unable to access my account. He recommended I try a nearby local Verizon retailer instead.
That turned out to be the best advice I could have received.
When I arrived at the retailer, I was greeted by a well-dressed, professional young man named Kareem. From the moment he took my phone, I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Within moments, he had accessed the phone and resolved the issue — something the previous location couldn’t do.
I don’t know exactly what Kareem did behind the scenes, but I do know that my phone was working again, and I was incredibly relieved.
If you need a new phone or just some help resetting your phone or whatever the case may be , let Kareem be your go-to rep. He’s knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient — everything you hope for in customer service. Thank you, Kareem!”

“This is the BEST and only place I will ever use for my tech needs. I brought in my iPhone 14 Pro Max that had been literally hit by a truck with me in May and was not functioning well at all. Josh, Vinny, and Brennan all worked together to fix my phone and it is beyond perfect. On top of doing an amazing job fixing it and then replacing the screen a week later when I dropped it badly… they provided a discount for me since I had so much done to the phone and put on a tempered glass screen protector! But only thing that I don’t like. Both times going the card system is old so it gives us issues. I think the store itself needs to update their system to help the amazing worker they have. “Yes my name is Leanne Leach and I came into boost store today at 1092 South Ponce de Leon or North Ponce de Leon boulevard in St Augustine and I had Devin Beauford and he is amazing he takes his time he explains everything he does everything in his power to help you out I mean very knowledgeable I can't even believe like he answered every question and resolved every issue that I had and just a very nice young man and he's doing a great job for your company I just want you to know that for sure I don't know him I have no no you know nothing to gain by saying this I'm just you know it's it's a nice way of sunshine to be able to say something nice about someone in the workforce then something negative because these days it's hard to find good help so I would hang on to him if I could you have a nice day”

My phone didn't have service and was being held hostage by AT&T and Daniel helped to transfer services from AT&T to T-Mobile in no time.
It was a very complicated situation, but he somehow solved it!
Everyone is very kind here and the atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming.
