“I would like to recognize the new manger Jacob for his honesty, his knowledge, his quickness at his job for him going above and beyond for not only myself but, I also witnessed him helping and very angry lady who just left a different AT&T store locally that gave her the run around all day. He assured her he would fix the problem not only did he know quickly what the issue was she was smiling and having an enjoyable experience she left smiling.This is important because it is exactly what happened to myself. I was inside another AT&T store locally not only was I ignored not once but twice in the same day they just sat there first time with no customers on their phones. Adults mind you..... Then was given false information just to try and get a sale.I called this AT&T store not knowing what to do about my problems at hand. When Jacob answered the phone he was pleasant and very knowledgeable and I felt like I finally found someone who knew what they were doing and knew what they were talking about.I let the staff at the "other" AT&T know where I was going and that they customer service had gone down the tubes. And that I didn't appreciate being lied to about the items I was there to purchase. A new iphone and new apple watch. Their loss and me finding a better AT&T LOCATION to go to and someone who actually enjoys their job. That was JACOB !He ordered what I wanted had it delivered to my address. Also, told me to come back and he would do all of the setup for me so I wouldn't have to stress about it. And that he did...........Jacob, I personally want to thank you for everything.. You were awesome and everyone there on 1/15/2024 was laughing and smiling and just enjoying their experience. “This is the BEST and only place I will ever use for my tech needs. I brought in my iPhone 14 Pro Max that had been literally hit by a truck with me in May and was not functioning well at all. Josh, Vinny, and Brennan all worked together to fix my phone and it is beyond perfect. On top of doing an amazing job fixing it and then replacing the screen a week later when I dropped it badly… they provided a discount for me since I had so much done to the phone and put on a tempered glass screen protector! They were speedy, knowledgeable, and kind. Truly the best in Jacksonville or St. Augustine!! Thank you so much iTech”

Dan helped me get my data transferred to my old phone temporarily and helped me prepare my current phone to send in for repair. He was patient, kind, and so helpful! He managed a very stressful situation for me . DAN is the MAN!”

“We stopped at Costco to look into purchasing cell phones for our family. The contract Verizon offered didn’t work for us and the customer service left much to be desired. We drove over to the T-Mobile store and were helped by Patricia and Yav who worked diligently to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. They’re customer service was top-notch. We’re so glad we went with the latter….five out of five stars.”

“First off I must commend an awesome associate at this location name Ray, he went out of his way to fix an issue I had that a different associate had done. I needed a local area code for new service and because they didn’t ask for identification as required they skipped my zip code. I learned afterwards by calling customer service the zip code determines local area code. ( I needed local area code as advised by my marketing team) the day afterwards I went back to the store there was nothing he could do and said you get what you get and said call customer service. At this point I was ready to cxl 3 lines and go to a new carrier. The hassle and cost to do so made me hesitant since I had prepaid an entire month on 3 lines. My last hope was to call a different boost location in hopes they would fix the issue. The girl was very knowledgeable and reiterated what I had been told was accurate and go back to store for third time in hopes I could again tell them it’s to be done at original store. When I gave it my last shot a third and different person was behind the desk, Ray. He absolutely stood out as knowledgeable and helpful and fixed the issue in minutes. All this could have been avoided if the original guy who set it up didn’t take short cuts leaving info off and asking for ID.”

“Miguel is amazing! My phone wasn't working for a week. It was so stressful and caused me so many problems. I came here, and Miguel fixed it in 3 minutes! He knows his stuff. I couldn't have asked for a better worker. If you need help at Verizon, ask for Miguel. He is friendly, pleasant, helpful, and smart. The ideal person at Verizon to help you! “Whatever you are experiencing, Chad and his team will help you!! He is the manager at the Verizon store in Saint Augustine, located on Old Moultrie Road at 312. I experienced a very frustrating disconnection of my service (which was not my fault, nor was it Verizon's fault, yet it was absolutely horrible). I spent hours on the phone with customer service, I could not remember a PIN number, nor receive the texts to allow them account access. Completely discouraged I finally went to this store last night at 6pm; and Chad, and another incredibly helpful and kind employee named Char, stayed way past closing time to try to help me. The most amazing part is that I am ashamed to say that I was not very kind to them upon my arrival due to my frustration. This did not deter them from going out of their way to help me while remaining kind and professional. Although it could not be resolved last night, he assured me that he would do all he could to fix it today. I planned to return this afternoon. Before I could return, I received a call from Chad- he had resolved my issue by relentlessly pursuing it. I could not be more grateful. Another member of his team, Seth, helped my father with a difficult issue a few days before mine and he was also amazing. Go see them, they will help!”
