She went above and beyond for us going back and forth from the back going on the ladder multiple times. Answering all our questions and was super knowledgeable about the store. Even recommended similar items when our sizes were not available. Also offered the fitting room. Would 100% shop at this Earthbound again especially if Brelyn was working. Really made the trip and we found a lot of new outfits.”

“This store is the best! I highly recommend stopping in when you walk St. George Street in St. Augustine! They have a great selection of trendy and cute merchandise that's worth checking out. They are also a faith based company which was great to see. My mom purchased a really cool shirt w/ the lyrics of a worship song on it. And the best part was the owner/ store manager. She was so kind, welcoming, and really funny! My mom and I had a blast w/ her. This shop made our trip to St. Augustine well worth it! We would definitely come back.”

“I visited St. Augustine (I live about 2 hours away) and stopped by Steampunk Trunk as usual. I found a pair of earrings I liked for my girlfriend. I asked about a matching necklace, and although they didn't have one, they offered to check with the person who made the earrings to see if a matching necklace could be made.
Within days, I received the matching necklace they sent. This place has many unique items and adding to that this high level of customer service makes it a must visit when in the area. Thank you!”

She looked at me and my friend and guessed our sizes correctly (I call her the waist whisperer ?) and even recommended some pieces that were perfect for each of us.
