She went above and beyond for us going back and forth from the back going on the ladder multiple times. Answering all our questions and was super knowledgeable about the store. Even recommended similar items when our sizes were not available. Also offered the fitting room. Would 100% shop at this Earthbound again especially if Brelyn was working. Really made the trip and we found a lot of new outfits.”

“This store is the best! I highly recommend stopping in when you walk St. George Street in St. Augustine! They have a great selection of trendy and cute merchandise that's worth checking out. They are also a faith based company which was great to see. My mom purchased a really cool shirt w/ the lyrics of a worship song on it. And the best part was the owner/ store manager. She was so kind, welcoming, and really funny! My mom and I had a blast w/ her. This shop made our trip to St. Augustine well worth it! We would definitely come back.”

“Once the merch leaves store, there are no refunds nor exchanges. My daughter bought a hair dagger and didn't notice till the next morning that one part was broken. They would do nothing. All we wanted was an exchange since it had been not even a whole day.
Update: I want to thank the owner for reaching out to me and sending my daughter a new dagger. She bought the broken one with her own money, and she was thrilled to get a replacement.”

“Our salesperson, Anna, had an amazing capability of simply looking at us and determining what might look good as well as the correct waist and length for jeans. Her determination to insure we left happy with our purchases resulted from her professional eye and honesty. She acted very much as a personal shopper in choosing jeans, sweaters, flannels and shirts. She had no problem telling us something looked good or not which was greatly appreciated. “I stopped by for the first time today and met Nyk the owner and she is very personable and friendly. She offered me a sample of Wineade, I don't drink wine but my friend took the sample and enjoyed it. We bought what Nyk calls "Corner market pocket" it looks like a empanda and it's stuffed with curry turkey. The spices and flavor were delicious as well as the sauce that was paired with it. Nyk also had other sweet treats in the front that all looked good. She also sells beet prodcuts and other organic things! It was also cool to find out about the history behind the place. I love to support small business and glad to have stopped by. My friend referred me to this place!”

“I came in the store back in early spring looking to replace my existing bag. I was greeted by Sundas and after searching, the bag was not available. She told me it would probably come out near fall/holidays and took my name and number. To my honest surprise, I received a message from her this week, along with a photo, advising me the bag I was looking for was in stock and on sale. Wow!!! I didn’t think this kind of customer service existed anymore. Thank you Sundas for going above and beyond and being such a great example. To her managers, please commend her for a job well done, she deserves it!”

I took advantage of a sale a few months ago when I did have the extra funds available (I really did not, but was severely struggling mentally and needed one for everyday to wear to work as armor) and have not regretted it a single bit. I have CPTSD and a sever traumatic brain injury from a car accident three years ago.
