I called the St.Cloud branch and Gerard Rivera helped me a lot by going through my account to make sure everything was in order. He was even able to order me a new debit card without me even having to go into the branch. Thank you Gerard for helping me! :)”

“What can I say? I just had the best experience ever, I came to open a business account and not only are the facilities amazing but I got the best service by the banker that you have to see, Valeria. She made the whole experience so easy. I definitely recommend any time and if you ever need an account of any kind of service from a bank, you should come see her.”

“I have been banking with region for some time now and I have to say I am very sad to say I will be leaving the bank due to the lack of transparency with the customer. I was never informed at anytime during my sign up process with the bank or at anytime while being a customer that if you are to use an atm that is not associated with regions you will be charged a $3.00 fee for every action you do with said atm on top of the normal atm fee. Now you might say well Bryce other banks do this. I have this to say I have been with Wells Fargo, baby federal, and usaa and this has never happened to me. I had one issue with navy federal where they had double charged me for an atm and I called in and they took care of it right away. I called into regions and they told me they couldn’t do anything. Oh I would also like to add they said they would report me to the credit bureaus if I didn’t pay the overdraft fee that came with it do to them taking out $10 for a one time atm use. These companies don’t report the good to boost our scores but the minute you cross them they will make sure to hit you where it hurts. I will no longer be banking with regions.I will say their customer service in handling the situation in person was way different then what was done over the phone. The bank employees were able to explain things in a nice manor and even helped out. I’ll keep the negative side of the review up but do take note that this wasn’t the bank employees fault per say.”

“Rating Kathy’s service a 5 star rating. She really went above and beyond with her customer service being a TRUIST advocate. She was empathetic and really wished she could help. Employees like her make the company a difference. However this time it’s the actual bank. . . .For TRUIST itself it’s a 0 !!! Do not bank here. GO TO A CREDIT UNION.My family and I are experiencing a very hard time right now and it seems like the actual bank policy is not understanding when it comes to their system. The “authority” it’s given to even managers is not acceptable. I’m having a unique situation happening experiencing a major loss with family members and I wasn’t able to deposit my labor check because I’m not in the states for when payroll came out. I got my first NSF FEE and no one can refund it because it’s policy. This is not a usual transaction on my account but the fact that TRUIST isn’t able to do a courtesy manual refund or even with an exception of a peer makes me not want to have any type of relationship here. DO NOT BANK HERE.”

When I came back to finish everything, I was told to make it easy on me to go through the drive thru and was even greeted Welcome back. “I arrived early to avoid any queues at 8.45, a line had formed by 8.55 when the branch opened. I was first through the door, staff were friendly and directed me to the tills. I did my transaction and was out the door by 9.01, no complaints from me, all good”

“It would be nice if they had someone permanently at the drive thru window with a cash drawer, so that customers don't have to wait for staff to walk back into the bank to process transactions. Othen than that, staff has always been friendly and professional.”
