“I just wanted to leave some really positive feedback for Diego. He was absolutely great during my service today. He was very attentive, answered all my questions, and explained everything in a super clear and easy-to-understand way”

“Needed to wire some money during a break at work and walked in to a TON of people on a random Tuesday morning. I stood in line only to be told they couldn't help me at the desk and sent me to another line. I waited for quite a bit and when it was finally my turn, I was told that there are a lot of appointments ahead of me and it would be about an hour wait. Obviously I couldn't make this happen and was going to just leave but the woman helping me called me back and showed me how to do what I needed to do on my phone instead of making me wait for an appointment. This is not something I do everyday so I had NO clue I could do it myself simply from my phone. I was so glad she was kind enough to help me in this way instead of making me come back since I was on a time crunch. They're a very busy bank at this location so plan accordingly and also plan to drive around a lot to park!”

“We come from the UK , but haven't been for a few years so accounts were dormant, LaDonna was typical of all the SunTrust staff we have dealt with over the last 17 years, she couldn't do enough, we were able to leave knowing our accounts were active , online banking was about to be active and we had temporary debit cards enabling us access to funds, so grateful that this was dealt with so efficiently. LaDonna clearly loves her job and loves interacting with customers. Thank you”
