“After applying for a credit card online, I was told I had to apply for it in person. Turns out I already had an account but it was closed for inactivity several years ago.
So I headed out to the branch on Simpson Road and as soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the teller Mariela Galvan. She explained all the confusion and quickly approved my application.
It was the best personal experience I’ve ever had in a bank! She was SO friendly, pleasant and great to talk to. She put a BIG smile on my face and really made my day.

“I really don't know why the bad reviews. This branch is practically new because it was BB&T at another location. I've been there with tellers and with officers/officials (I don't know how you call those whom are in their office) as well and the customer service has been excellent.
I understand sometimes there are issues, but it is technology's fault. For example: When Zelle decides to stop working, and when the third party once was taking the money that's been deposited through the ATM outside. Yeah, that was really messed up but is not the bank's fault so I'm not going to give them a bad review because of Zelle and their third party.”

“Not sure why this BOA has so many poor reviews, my experience was far from poor. I set up my appointment from the UK and when I arrived the guys at the bank were well prepared and knew exactly who I was and what I was there for. I’ve been a customer since 2014 but rarely get the opportunity to go into a branch. I needed to set up a business account and it was effortless. Jennifer and the team were brilliant, very knowledgeable and very friendly.I was able to set up what I needed without fuss and I have no issues with using this branch again.Thanks Guys !!”

“Please note that this review is based solely on my experience in the waiting area. I initially walked in with my father for his appointment. He was directed to the waiting area and asked to have a seat...there were only four chairs available and they were all occupied. I noticed that this area services a lot of people in the elderly population so I was surprised that thete were only four chairs in the waiting area. We were standing for about seven to ten minutes as other customers walked in. I initially signed in to express how disappointed I was in the fact that none of the workers took the time to offer one of the MANY chairs inside of the individual cubicles...and right before I began writing...the lady at the front desk who was greeting customers went to get two chairs for the those who were waiting...that took my review from a 1...to a 4!”
