“The bank staff is always pleasant. I go inside the bank at lease twice a month. I am not as happy when I haft to call the bank. I do not care for there system. There is a drive thru and parking is always good. There's also handicap ♿ parking.”

I have a Black-level bank account in my home country, so I'm used to receiving a very high standard of customer service. “I cant speak for all branches of this bank but this one that frequent the most is always great. I had an issue with a new debit card not activating and Marta was amazing. She called whoever she needed to and within a few minutes had everything ready to activate. I have nothing but good things to say about this branch and Marta in particular has always been extremely helpful, as well as the rest of the staff.”

“After applying for a credit card online, I was told I had to apply for it in person. Turns out I already had an account but it was closed for inactivity several years ago.
So I headed out to the branch on Simpson Road and as soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the teller Mariela Galvan. She explained all the confusion and quickly approved my application.
It was the best personal experience I’ve ever had in a bank! She was SO friendly, pleasant and great to talk to. She put a BIG smile on my face and really made my day.

“Not sure why this BOA has so many poor reviews, my experience was far from poor. I set up my appointment from the UK and when I arrived the guys at the bank were well prepared and knew exactly who I was and what I was there for. I’ve been a customer since 2014 but rarely get the opportunity to go into a branch. I needed to set up a business account and it was effortless. Jennifer and the team were brilliant, very knowledgeable and very friendly.I was able to set up what I needed without fuss and I have no issues with using this branch again.Thanks Guys !!”
“Johnathan is the man! He helped me with setting up some things on my business account plus he was able to find a solution on an issue I had with wiring money. 2 other branches could not help me with this issue and my account was actually useless but Johnathan found the issue and fixed it and I’m able to use all the features including wires.????”
