GameStop is a popular destination for gamers, offering a wide range of new and used video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo, alongside retro gaming options. The store is also stocked with trading cards, sports cards, and various TCGs, along with gaming, anime, and pop culture merchandise, including collectibles and apparel. Customers can sell or trade in their old consoles, games, and accessories for cash or store credit. Reviews highlight the friendly and knowledgeable staff who are eager to assist customers. Many appreciate the clean and well-organized store, although there can be some delays during busy times due to single coverage staffing. Customers have noted reasonable prices on used games and a decent return policy. If a game is out of stock, employees are willing to help find it at nearby locations. While some reviews mention challenges like long wait times for trades and the need for patience, the overall customer experience is positive. GameStop is committed to providing a welcoming environment for gamers, making it a reliable choice for anyone looking to enhance their gaming experience. Whether visiting the store or shopping online with in-store pickup, GameStop remains a go-to spot for gaming enthusiasts.
These guys are the best and the Manager is extremely helpful. My daughter has recently began collecting pokemon and thanks to the Saint Cloud GameStop her collection is steadily growing! We buy cards and send cards to PSA through them. Received many PSA 10s including the Japanese Umbreon from Terrastal festival!!
