I have been doing my taxes for years at this location and Susan is the best.
Amazing customer service, professionism, office is always well organized. I highly recommend this tax preparation office.

They don't even try to get you refund. And they charge you a lot. First time and last time with H&R.. the accountant " Denise".. useless.

Please save your time and money and DO NOT GO HERE. My taxes were filed incorrectly and I owe $2,000 LESS than what was told to me during my appointment with Linda.I brought the issue up to Mona the office manager and she was beyond rude, disrespectful, and uncooperative. She told me there was no H&R Block guarantee for inaccurate refund amounts which is incorrect per corporate. I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau.As a customer I should not have had to pay another tax preparer to properly file and amend my tax return. This is ridiculous.

This HyR block has a lady who treated me very poorly. I consider her racist and she treats my 5-year-old child with attitude. Very bad costome service. I felt horrible and I told her that I didn't want to do it. There is now and she kept my signature. My signature was supposedly not I could return the sheet and I had my social now I have to investigate why I didn't vote it out with or they gave it to me it's my information I have to clarify that the other people are friendly and give good service last year everything was fine the problem It's that lady who touched me
