“Felix did a wonderful job of transferring info from an old phone to a new one. He took his time, explained things to me, he double-checked his work... all of this while being friendly and professional and a pleasure to do business with. I am very impressed and thankful for the service I get from this store!”
“We typically don't look forward to making changes to our cell plan but we couldn't hold off any longer. We were pleased to see how Verizon has simplified the process with all costs, fees, and taxes clearly provided up front. Darwin did a fantastic job answering our questions and getting everything tailored in a way that makes the most sense for us. Best thing, we left with a lower monthly bill than we have been paying previously.”
“Kelany was amazing, greeted me right away and didn’t quit until my new phones esim was transferred properly. Very thankful for her assistance and patience with me.”
