“Roger is the best!!! I have fixed my Samsung 21 Ultra that had gotten ran over by multiple cars and it is brand new!!! His attention detail and experience is worth every dollar. I fully recommend him for any repair. Great work and at a reasonable price. Roger was phenomenal with fixing my cell phone. My phone fell and I ran over it several times and now it's like new. Their attention to detail and experience makes up for the price of the repair. I recommend it with any arrangement. Excellent work and a reasonable price.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Alejandro Romero Alejandro Romero gave me the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at Cricket — hands down. From the moment I walked in, his bright smile and positive energy stood out. He’s incredibly down-to-earth, genuinely helpful, and extremely professional. You can tell he truly cares about every customer who walks through that door. He took his time with me, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Employees like Alejandro are rare — he goes above and beyond without even trying. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for my next device because of him. Cricket, please take care of this man. He deserves every promotion, raise, and recognition you can give. Your company shines because of employees like Alejandro. Thank you again, Alejandro — you’re GREAT at what you do.”

“I had an amazing experience at this AT&T location! I was dealing with an issue with my account that nobody else had been able to resolve, but this team went above and beyond to finally get everything taken care of. Even though I spent quite a bit of time at the store, the entire staff made the experience so much better with their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. A special thank you to Kevin, the store manager, and his entire team. Even some of the associates who were still in training showed great dedication and made sure I was taken care of throughout the process. I especially want to recognize Hector, who was absolutely outstanding. His patience was incredible, and he genuinely took the time to help me without ever making me feel rushed or like I was a burden. That level of customer service is hard to find nowadays. Thank you to the entire team for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. This is exactly what great customer service should look like. I highly recommend this location! By the way, this location needs more than 5 stars!”

“I spoke to Marilyn at this store and discussed the bad experience I encountered with the AT&T door-to-door salesmen (liars) that came to my home. She listened, was very warm, professional, and understood my situation. I mentioned to her I was at Metro PCS and was paying $100 a month for 4 phones. Now I am paying $136 a month. I was told it would be about $80 a month ($20 less than what I was paying at MetroPCS - I was lied to as you can see. AT&T corporate knows the (door-to-door) have shady business practices and it is too bad the corporate store agents have to take the heat for these idiots. AT&T just cares about the money and not about the customers. Period. Marilyn is to be commended for handling this situation well. AT&T door salesmen gets - minus 5 stars = Zero Stars.”
