“I spoke to Marilyn at this store and discussed the bad experience I encountered with the AT&T door-to-door salesmen (liars) that came to my home. She listened, was very warm, professional, and understood my situation. I mentioned to her I was at Metro PCS and was paying $100 a month for 4 phones. Now I am paying $136 a month. I was told it would be about $80 a month ($20 less than what I was paying at MetroPCS - I was lied to as you can see. AT&T corporate knows the (door-to-door) have shady business practices and it is too bad the corporate store agents have to take the heat for these idiots. AT&T just cares about the money and not about the customers. Period. Marilyn is to be commended for handling this situation well. AT&T door salesmen gets - minus 5 stars = Zero Stars.”
