“I had a great experience at the PPG store!? The lady at the counter was very nice, and welcomed me when I came into the store; it was also raining very hard outside as well.She new exactly what order I was there for and read me back the colors that were ordered. She was even nice enough to let me wait a little until the rain calm down, but it didn’t, so I had to load up the paint in the rain.She placed a jacket over her head and helped me by moving the several gallons of paint near my vehicle, so I wouldn’t have to walk so much, which I greatly appreciated. I was able to load up very quickly and thanked her for being so helpful. I don’t remember her name, but she working on the day I picked up, which was on May 24th at 4:30pm. I’m not sure if management sees these reviews, but if so, that young lady deserves a raise or bonus for her excellence in customer service. I would definitely consider creating an account there for my LLC because of her. Thank you”
