“I love the service at this office, but it would be much more pleasant to be here if they did some maintenance on the ceiling; a simple cleaning would be excellent. even more hygienic for all these friendly employees who work here all day”

“I agree with others that the wait time is long here but I had a great experience thanks to Vivian! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and went out of her way to help me with everything I needed. She explained my options clearly, made sure I got the best and most affordable service, and handled everything with a smile. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this genuine. Vivian truly made my day, and I’m grateful for her professionalism and kindness. Thank you Vivian!”

“I was in and out of here in 5 minutes or less around 930am! Based on these reviews, I thought it'd be a horrible experience, but all three employees were super kind and patient with everyone waiting in line. Theresa was a gem and helped me mail my package without a hitch.”
