Vander Pol Nursery is a much bigger place than expected with a huge selection of nice, healthy plants. The owners and staff are honest, friendly, hard-working, knowledgeable, and very nice to deal with. Everyone is so helpful, happy to see you come, and takes the time to answer all questions. They offer more than enough information about the plants and provide guidance, explaining easier and more effective methods without pushing customers toward expensive items. Prices are reasonable, often lower than other retailers, and the size and health of the plants are better. Customers feel they build a relationship with the staff and receive incredible service that can't be beat, whether they are making a purchase or just asking for help. Many are long-time fans and customers who look forward to returning, having built backyard paradises with unique plants from the beautiful nursery. The staff is also happy to special order items if needed.

I stopped in a couple of weeks ago looking at various plants and the staff was great. All my questions were answered and the staff provided me with helpful hints on several plants. I have been here several times and every time I have been here, it has been an excellent experience. Prices are good and lots of stock!!
