Rowan was the perfect associate to work with my shy and very tall kiddo who came in feeling certain that an adult bike was TOO big but with her gentle reassurance and great explanations, left with a medium sized bike that will be just right for many years. I've brought other bikes I own in as well and even when they weren't purchased at ABC, I get incredible reception and friendly service. You all have won our business 10X over and I wouldn't dream of buying a new bike anywhere else. Add to that the fantastic efforts at trail cleanups and you aren't just my favorite bike shop, you're great neighbors and members of the community. “Melanie first helped me get my bike out of the car, told what she would do to fix it, how much it would be and that she would fix it same day. Texted me when it was completed (first asking if text was okay I said yes) then I called 5 minutes before closing, spoke to Dave, to see if I could make it in time/feel out if they were willing to wait. Then asked where I was, I told them and then they offered to deliver it free of charge. I was astounded. I tipped them $10, to show appreciation, they were so kind and gracious. I then had them look at our other bike and she assessed it and told me what she would do and how much it costs and since trust was built I know it’s going to be great. And she’s happy to hold it until payday, which is a week out. I can’t recommend this place enough!”
