“My current phone is upgraded from a Metro issued Samsung Galaxy A14 the 49th Street N location provided the last A14 5G phone. My A01 Galaxy was one of the most brittle phones out there OnePlus N200 Nord ended up lost in an intersection, but this one is more constant. I caught some of the Hurricane Milton debris on this one.I am giving folks access to a find via screenshot. There will be something on arrival and she will know this is arriving ? from USPS in Orlando from ?”
“Jenn is the best manager this place ever had! She’s quick with service, got me in-and-out in no time with several items I needed for my new place in St Pete! So far she’s helped me with a tv, mattress and a dryer that was flooded during hurricane. She treats me and my kids like family every time we go in and even hooks my little son up w candy to put a smile on his face! After three items from Jenn at Happy’s I can say we will continue to go to her for all our needs in purchasing for our home! Will is also very helpful when making payments and very knowledgeable with technology. Did I mention Jenn even helped me load my truck with my tv and dryer?! Can’t beat the service at this location…just called in for an iPhone and she hunted one down at another store for me…thanks Jenn! Keep up the great work!”

“Had such a great experience at this store a couple weeks back while my partner and I upgraded our phones and joined plans. I will go out of my way to visit this location over any others! My time spent at other Verizon stores has been frustrating from my past experiences. But Kris at this Verizon store was so patient and helpful! Answering all of our questions and concerns about joining plans, we spent 1.5 hours there on a Saturday and left feeling very satisfied with our new phones/plan. “We visited the Central Ave. retailer today and had an amazing experience with Anwar, the salesman on duty. Anwar was not only extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the plans, he was quick, efficient & friendly. Anwar answered all our questions and even organized the process to do things in an order that would save us the most money during our multiple transactions. I usually leave this retailer extremely fatigued by either the length of time it took to be serviced or the lack of knowledge shared between the employees. Today, I was very pleasantly surprised to meet the single most helpful, joyful and kind salesmen who actually knew the product & the process AND exuded the epitome of customer service. He was friendly and never got exhausted by our many changes and questions.I hate to say it, but I never thought I would leave a positive review for Cricket Wireless. They're usually an unruly mob of untrained, uncaring, eye-rolling frustrators. If you want your next dealings with Cricket to go smoothly, even if it's a bit out of your way, it's worth going to deal with Anwar in person. I actually left with a smile on my face. What a sweet dude.”

“These guys at this store helped me more than any of rhe other 3 stores I went to prior to finding this one. The gentleman explained the deal that was going on with the iphone for 49.99 was not buying the phone straight out. You had to make payments until the whole amount was paid off. But they were able to fix my phone so it would actually charge. Mary was amazing she was learning and doing an amazing job. The guy who was showing and teaching her things did an amazing job!! Again thank you all for your help and knowledge!!”

“Prince is the BEST!! We had a tricky switch over from an iPhone to Android and Android to iPhone separately and two additional upgrades and even though we were there for 3 hours he was so patient and made sure all of our upgrades were seamless. He saved us over a THOUSAND dollars and pointed out where and when we were paying too much money (subscriptions and plans both) and switched us to a more affordable plan. He was also super understanding when my previous phone was taking a lifetime to back up all my photos and was really entertaining even in the dull moments. Thank you, Verizon!”

“I called this St. Pete location today asking about a trade in for my laptop before coming in and I spoke to Betsy the whole time, I’ll start by saying she was just the best. When I called, I was in a unrelated bad mood and her customer service was so good, by the time I was off the phone call I had received my ideal trade in offer, purchased a great laptop in the terms I wanted and had gotten over the bad mood I was in from before the phone call. “Rick and his team are 1st class. They provide options, recommended components and install the equipment. Rick and his team have literally transformed our experience for home entertainment. Sony 4K+ television picture is amazing, looks like we are there. That paired with Sony receiver and SVS speakers and sub - no need to ever step into a movie theater again. Outside kitchen with Samsung Terrace television allows for viewing in daylight while in the pool. Sonos everywhere else gives us so many options. The setup and fine tuning provides a complete package. Wish I would have done this sooner.”
