  Updating my review. Complained about the 75 percent increase in less than a year. They kindly offered me a credit over three months. Appreciate that they paid attention to my review and listened to my concerns.   Ki was such a big help in picking the right storage unit and helping out when we had a problem. Very attentive and excellent customer service! I’ve never really had great service at a storage unit, but she was amazing-worthy of writing a review! Ki is a keeper! So glad I chose this location.
