“Absolute 10/10 customer service! Leslie helped me over the phone and had a unit held for me in less than 5 mins. When I arrived to pay and get keys Tom B and Elizabeth were the nicest humans ever and so efficient. The pricing is fair and not astronomical like some here in the area! The St. Pete location is also not in a flood zone so definitely provides a sense of security in that aspect as well.”

“CubeSmart on 34th St. is a very clean, well-maintained, and newer storage facility. The property feels secure, and everything is kept in great condition. My only real complaint is the pricing—it’s definitely on the expensive side compared to other storage options. Also, if you’re looking for an exterior drive-up unit, there are very few available. Overall, it’s a great facility if you don’t mind paying a little extra for a clean, modern storage experience.”
“Great experience. I needed to store a few things temporarily and these guys went above and beyond to locate the facility closest with the correct size unit. The price was by far the best rate for the amount of storage I needed. The manager Paul went out of his way to verify a few things and expedite the process. “I rented a unit to store my entire apartment contents when I had a two week gap between leases. When I made the reservation online, I must have clicked “immediate start date” on instead of the future start date that I had wanted. Johan and Anthony were extremely helpful and flexible in making it work for me. They turned what could have been an extremely stressful/expensive mistake into a pleasant experience. 10/10 will be using this location again for future storage needs!”

“This is an excellent place to keep your boat or RV. They provide awesome, professional service and a wonderful experience overall. The property is super clean, upscale-looking and very secure. The location is also great, close to both the interstate and right by a Wawa for easy fill-up access. The management is always very responsive and helpful with anything you need. A great family-run business, definitely worth every penny.”

“Very affordable and easily accessible moving supplies (boxes, tape, etc.). This is the 2nd move where I've chosen to get supplies from this store and find it to be cheaper than other options. Can walk right in or order through uhaul.com and then choose a pickup day/time. Easy/peasy. I showed up 6 hrs earlier than my pickup time and Lucas and Grant were so accommodating, getting my order together quickly and even carrying all of the boxes right to my car and loaded them for me. I totally wasn't expecting this level of service but was grateful for it!!Felt horrible I had no cash because really wanted to tip them to say thanks but luckily I expect to make more trips to this store before my move for additional supplies, so more opportunities!I really like that I can just pickup what I need, as I need it, rather than having to be surrounded with wardrobe and other moving boxes I'm not yet using!Cannot speak to other services.”
