“I’ve been with Life storage/Extra Space for a year. I worked with Nicole in the front office today. I asked her about the price increase for my unit and she found it was incorrect and was able to fix it. I decided to downsize my unit for less space. She showed me a smaller unit and allowed me to move in to ensure everything would fit before signing a new lease. She made the transfer process very easy! If you need any assistance work with Nicole. She goes above and beyond to help. Thanks Nicole!”

“The bldg is clean. The moving carts + elevators made everything so easy. Customer service was really friendly and helpful. My only complaint is we couldn’t actually bring our truck into the parking lot due to the layout of the gate and landscaping. There’s not enough space for turning radius. So we had to do our unload all the way from outside the parking lot. It worked out with the help of the carts but it definitely made for a lot more labor.”

“Ryan and Deniso were wonderful! Denisco provide me with a through tour of the facility and ended up moving our unit due to the unit being a two door 10x15 vs single door. I booked online so I was unaware of the options. He also moved me closer to the elevator so our movers would have an easier time. The facility is just as amazing as its people, very clean, neat and organized. Amazing experience, thank you both.”

“There seems to be a shortage of available storage units in the area, and so I was happy to find an available unit at this location. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and secure. And for those with a design sense, my unit also features carpet and wallpaper :-)But the real motivator for this review is for a shout-out to Tom, the site manager. He is not only helpful, friendly and accommodating, but he also went above-and-beyond by calling me to say that he was holding money that was found in front of my unit shortly after myself and the move left! My thanks again to Tom. Five Stars!”

“The team from Stewart did an outstanding job. My household goods arrived during the time window they gave me. The team arrived in a semi-truck and were respectful to my neighbors to ensure they could all exit and enter their driveways with the truck parked in front of my home.The team of 3 guys were professional and polite. I dread moving days and these guys made the whole process easy. Care was exercised with me home and my goods. No dents or dings in any walls, no “whoops” moments, and they ensured I was satisfied before they departed. Highly recommended!”

“Great location, easy access to the lobby and elevator. I was able to just pull right up to the electric, sliding lobby doors get a cart and go straight to the elevator very easy ground level access. The on-site management was very helpful when I was trying to decide which unit I need it for my apartment. Drive-up units were also a nice option. However, I chose to rent on the second floor because of how convenient the elevator access was.”

Can walk right in or order through uhaul.com and then choose a pickup day/time. Easy/peasy. I showed up 6 hrs earlier than my pickup time and Lucas and Grant were so accommodating, getting my order together quickly and even carrying all of the boxes right to my car and loaded them for me. I totally wasn't expecting this level of service but was grateful for it!!Felt horrible I had no cash because really wanted to tip them to say thanks but luckily I expect to make more trips to this store before my move for additional supplies, so more opportunities!I really like that I can just pickup what I need, as I need it, rather than having to be surrounded with wardrobe and other moving boxes I'm not yet using!Cannot speak to other services.”
