“I go to this location for shopping at Publix and to visit a variety of shops in the area. CD Roma Italian Restaurant is one of my favorites there. The Publix is on the second level with garage parking as well as an outdoor parking lot. But during days with inclement weather, I park in the covered parking to stay dry, keep the car cool from the hot sun. Publix is possibly the cleanest of all chain grocery stores I have been in with quality meats, fruits, and vegetables. The variety of canned goods and other items is excellent giving shoppers big decisions with choices. Shopping at Publix can be pricey unless you shop the dozens of BOGO specials, but quality and service are #1 here and the reason most shoppers come to Publix.”

“This is an awesome shopping stop filled with local artisans ware including a coffee shop and a large selection of Belgium chocolates. It takes a while to look over everything. There is seating outside for those who do not want to peruse the shop. Check open times because I read reviews that said they were not open when they went. Paid parking on the street or a parking garage is nearby. A definite must stop to see these amazing shops on a historic building.”

“I only come here if Walmart doesn't have something but every time I come here I can't help but notice how many beautiful women shop here?! Its like there's a beautiful woman convention in the back every time I come? It always stumped me. Maybe they have good clothes for woman? Ik their beauty section is pretty big. A couple isles atleast. They've gotten some new food items over the years like organic foods and what not. Target was falling off but I think it's making a come back.”

“Love this little shopping center in the heart of Gateway! Has an awesome gym, a Publix that never seems to be crowded, a Circle K with plenty of pumps, and even a well stocked and we'll priced liquor store, too!!!”

“We like The Deck restaurant and Subway. Patchingtons is a women's clothing store with high end merchandise where you can get a complete ensemble, including awesome accessories. Very helpful staff.”

“This plaza is where ALDI is. I did a quick stop in ALDI where the store was not busy and 1 cashier was open. She was friendly and quick. The store as usual was clean. The store was being stocked and needed it. ALDI seems to stay prepared for customers. The prices are comparable for our area. The quality of products are good with a large selections.”

“I was looking for an aparment around the area and had scheduled an appointment for a tour. Michael emailed me back the very next day asking what time works best for me. I scheduled an appointment and checked out two different floor plans it was such a beautiful community. When I spoke with Michael he was very upfront in regards to monthly cost. I had started the application process the night before and went home to finish it. That same week Michael was going on vacation and with my application process Ash had taken over she had emailed me back telling me I was approved and was able to move in on my due date. Through the process I had questions she was able to answer them through emails which was much easier for me. That Sunday I met up with Isaac to get the keys to the apartment he showed me around the entire complex and to my new apartment. This has been such a great experience with the leasing team.”

“Oak tree plaza is where Ollie's. Dollar Tree, Boleys Thrift store,and Youfit is located on 9th Street No. Just West of Tyrone Blvd. I go there frequently because it's in the neighborhood, so it's convenient for me. The Dollar Tree here has cold food freezers unlike other Dollar Trees so you can get Dairy and Ice Cream.”
