Tyrone Square is a popular shopping mall located just 4 miles from the Gulf Beaches, offering a mix of traditional and modern stores. It features major retailers like Macy's, Dillard's, JCPenney, H&M, Dick's Sporting Goods, and DSW, along with over 100 specialty shops including Foot Locker, Lane Bryant, Old Navy, Pandora, Vans, Express, Rainbow, and 5 Below. The mall provides a variety of dining options, from quick bites in the Food Court to sit-down restaurants such as Bonefish Grill, Red Robin (now closed), and Grand Hacienda Mexican Restaurant. Visitors can also enjoy movies at the CMX Tyrone Luxury 10 Theatres, which offers a comfortable experience with meal options from Cinebistro & Bar. The mall is appreciated for its friendly staff, convenient location near other businesses and restaurants, and entertainment choices. It has a dedicated big and tall section at JCPenney and features amenities like Sun Cone Ice Cream near the food court and Hogan's Watch Repair. However, some visitors have noted concerns about safety, mentioning disrespectful teenagers and feeling uncomfortable at times. Despite this, many still find Tyrone Square to be a great place for shopping, relaxing, and taking a break from online shopping. Overall, it is a versatile mall suitable for all, with new stores and additions like Aldi enhancing its appeal.
Still a decent mall with a lot of great food options.

I see Red Robin closed, are you actively looking for tenants to occupy these restaurants, Shake Shack, Blaze Pizza, Mission Barbeque to name a few, also Lululemon, Sephora or Athleta would fit in nicely, none of those stores are currently in Pinellas county at all
