The on-premise UPS Store provides very friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to help. Customers can rent a mailbox, ship a package, make copies, use notary services, or drop off returns. This makes it a great spot to take care of business-related errands and saves time and headache. The facility is clean and maintained. The main complaint is the very small parking lot, which can be difficult for trucks, though handicapped parking and entrance are available. Customer service is consistently rated a 10 out of 10.

I was there to drop off a router for Spectrum. I was only there for the UPS Store. The Storage Store may be operated by the same people??I was impressed with their work.
