I don't normally write reviews but I have to mention the exception customer service I received from Paula there. I forgot my glasses in the room and she went to great effort to get the returned to me. It's great to see such good customer service. The hotel is in a great location and I would recommend it.

It was very enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and close to everything. If we visit St. Pete again, we will definitely choose Exchange. We’re grateful to the staff for their guidance with parking and everything else, especially Beril.
