Solid Air BNB. Fell bad for the actual residents but if you need a cool place to stay if you're in downtown St Pete for the weekend this is a great price meets quality ratio.

The Wayland is in a great location, clean and has friendly staff. The best amenity is the gym! The experienced and knowledgeable trainers are the added bonus. Not too many apartment communities offer trainers in the gym. Andre is amazing to work with!
