“So far we have had a decent experience with this complex. There are several maintenance related issues that haven’t been corrected before/since move in. The balcony was supposed to be painted- hasn’t happened yet. The platform that the water heater sits on has water damage and hasn’t been repaired. The cutlery drawer track is broken and can’t be screwed back into the drawer. There is paint splatter on the floor throughout the kitchen. The screen has a few tears that are supposed to be fixed. The gate to our part of the complex stays open at all times. The walkway is very dirty and has not looked to have been pressure washed in a long time. I believe visual representation needs to be a priority for a “luxury” apartment complex. I will say that the bathrooms have been re-done and Patty did everything she could to make our move in work, going as far as cleaning the apartment herself so we could move in on time for the movers. Several of these issues were out of her control, and I do believe that corporate’s mindset on new residents is to get them in as fast as possible and end leases as soon as possible. Our “cheapest” lease term was 10 months, and I truly believe they do it this way so they can continue to raise prices for new lease terms. However, I do believe that with the price point of this apartment being as high as it is, we should have moved in to a much more put together unit. I am going to give them grace as we have only been moved in for a week, but I hope that corporate and management make this right for us so we can fully enjoy our apartment.”

“Wow just wow!! Not only is this property centrally located, next to everything, clean, safe, and well run…, the humans involved are awesome!! Specifically, the people I have met, Michaela and Beverley, have been top-notch in their customer service, comprehensiveness, and absolute kindness in helping my dear friend get settled into her new apartment. Sometimes you meet those people that will go the extra mile for nothing in return, and I found them here with the Beacon 430 team. If you’re nervous about moving to a new part of town, a new state or just a new building down the street… fear not! The team here understands more than just a lease agreement, they understand human compassion. 10/10 stars! Highly recommended!”

“I lived in Palmaris Gateway (previously Provenza) for 5.5 years. Overall, the community is great, safe and friendly. Service requests were always done timely and leasing staff were always very friendly and accommodating. My only negative about the community is that some residents do a poor job of littering/cleaning up after their pets. Ultimately, I’d recommend this apartment complex!”

“I lived at Cottonwood Bayview for two years and truly couldn't have asked for a better home in St. Pete. The staff here are genuinely wonderful. They are always helpful, kind, and quick to make you feel taken care of. The building and grounds are kept impeccably clean, and the apartments themselves feature great modern amenities that made day-to-day living really comfortable. One of my favorite things was how surprisingly quiet and peaceful it stays here, despite being so close to downtown and the Pier. You get the best of both worlds: easy access to the city's best spots, but a quiet retreat to come home to. The pool area is fantastic, the common rooms are great for hanging out or getting a change of scenery, and having a secure parking garage included is a massive perk. If you're looking for a place in St. Petersburg that checks every box, I can't recommend Cottonwood Bayview enough.”

“I absolutely love living at Addison Skyway Marina! From the moment I moved in, the team has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. When my cat passed away, the management team surprised me with a thoughtful sympathy card. That small act of kindness meant so much during a difficult time and showed me that they truly care about their residents as people, not just tenants. The property itself is always clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. The grounds, amenities, and common areas are consistently cared for, and it's obvious the team takes pride in keeping the community looking its best. There have been a few occasions when it has been difficult to reach someone by phone, but every time I've stopped by the leasing office in person, the team has been actively helping residents and prospects. It's clear they're busy because they're working hard to provide great service, and whenever I've needed assistance, they've always taken the time to help me. If you're looking for a community with outstanding service, compassionate staff, and a property that is exceptionally well cared for, I highly recommend Addison Skyway Marina and would recommend scheduling a tour and visiting the property in person to truly appreciate everything it has to offer.”

“I lived in the apartments from 2019 until 2020. I moved from Ohio. The landlord and office staff were very nice. The apartment was clean and I never had an issue with any bugs. The only issue I had were the so- called church folk that lived in the building I lived in. They were very noisy and weren't personable. The claimed to be church filled, but were all phony as two dollars bills. I know management couldn't control that. Those people are the reason I moved. I know the young lady that lives in the building I once lived and she told me how judgemental they are and apparently still the same. Otherwise, my experience with management and the staff was great. No problems.”

Management is quick and efficient with responding to any issues, Maintenance shows up less than 24 hours after a requested made, the overall facility is always kept clean. The policies and regulations that you may hear some complaint about are actually favorable for people who want to live in a clean, friendly, quieter (but not boring lol), lifestyle. So many options for floor plans, And all of them make for a comfortable apartment! The leasing agents are phenomenal as well.”

“I'll be honest- I almost didn’t even tour Madeira because of some of the reviews online. But honestly im glad I looked past the reviews and gave it a chance. Whatever issues existed before are clearly in the past. There has been a complete change in management and maintenance, and the difference is like night and day. From the moment I stepped onto the property, I could tell things were being run professionally and with real care. The grounds are clean, the amenities are well-maintained, and any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly by Karen and Arianna. The leasing staff actually listens and the new maintenance crew is fast, friendly, and gets things done right the first time. It’s honestly a shame that the outdated reviews are still hanging around because they do not reflect the current experience of living here at all. This is one of those places you really have to see in person to appreciate. If you’re relying on old complaints to make your decision, you’ll miss out on what’s become a truly great place to live.”
