“My go to shop! Hands down the best smoke shop in the Tampa Bay area! I’ve been to plenty of shops, and this one stands out every time. The customer service is excellent — everyone is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely makes you feel like a friend rather than just another customer. ☺
They have a huge selection of products, everything is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, and the location near downtown is super convenient. I also love their hours — opening at 8 AM and staying open until 11 PM means whether I’m working in the morning or evening, I can always stop by before or after work. It’s truly my one-stop shop for everything I need to start and end my day! I love the fact that they have a nice selection of tapestries and clothing/accessories as well and support local art. ✨
Another thing I really appreciate is that if they don’t have something I’m looking for, they’ll actually listen to my request and make an effort to get it in. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.
You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their business. I always leave happy, and that’s why I keep coming back. If you’re looking for a clean, well-stocked shop with an amazing selection, convenient hours, and friendly, knowledgeable people who treat you like a friend, I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed! 🤗👏🏼”

“I was just passing through and The Man Behind the Counter made some very good recommendations for me based on the type of smoke I usually go for. If I lived in Pinellas this would probably be my go-to place. I'm currently smoking one of their house brand barber poles and it's pretty nice”
“Nice place, great service and deals, and a nice selection of cigars and if you don't see what you want they can search and order it for ya, and they have a lounge.”

“Great selection of products and knowledgeable staff. Props to the owner. I got out of work after they closed last week and the owner kept the store open late so I could drop in and pick up a product. They go above and beyond. Thanks again.”
“Love the new set of team members here . They are more on the quieter side some of them. But they are knowledgeable and respectful of your personal space . If you wanna spark convo with Tony he will listen and respond like any other great kava member.
Remember to get respect you have to earn respect

“Let be real, if you claim to love bourbon and haven’t been to 1st Ave … do you even like bourbon? The staff, the owner, the little speakeasy in the back…may be the best lil bourbon bar in Florida. Do NOT pass on this place!”
“Martin made my visit today! I got his name from another associate (I believe he is one of the managers). I’ve been shopping here for weeks and Martin came over and helped me and really went above and beyond. I appreciate his passion for the craft of beer. He made my visit so special. Thanks for all the help Martin! I will be sharing his recommendations. Between him and the older cashier lady this store is 100% in customer service.”
“I Was drawn to this particular shop and I'm glad I was. I had a whole bunch of questions to ask about the products. As a CNA that doesn't use but, has a client that uses for certain medical reasons, I needed further information. Shea was the gentleman working that day. He was very informative and was able to help me out. He didn't rush, didn't push a sale. He's very caring about the customers needs. I'm very grateful I went there. I made a purchases knowing I was getting what I needed. Thank u Shea”
“What a totally awesome smoke shop! All your needs are here. Prices are strong. Staff was more than helpful and knowledgeable. Knew what I was looking for, and helped me perfectly. And the location? Right on Central Ave. Insanely convenient. I'm now a customer for life.”
“Get here at 10 am at the time they opened an the door was locked nobody not opening the door someone finally got here at 10:05 but still was a great costumer service”
“I was absolutely pleased with the new location. I was greeted with a very friendly smile n a happy greeting. Browsed threw many items. There was no pressure on anyone trying to upsale me. I felt comfortable in taking my time. Any questions I had where most accommodating, very clear, to the point n truthful. Prices are reasonable n can be negotiable. I only have 1 tini complaint. Wayyyyyy to hot in there. I would have stayed longer n spent a lot more money had I been comfortable n not sweating. Please turn air conditioning down to at least 75. Us old bi**hs r hot.lol. Felt like 80 in there. Idk. Maybe it was broke. Lol. I ? recommend this store. Enjoyable atmosphere. Friendly n Knowledgeable staff. Shout out to (Salina) who was incredibly helpful. She was very patient with my Indecisiveness. Ty dear. She deserves a raise. So on that note. Check out the new location n new products. You won't be disappointed.”
“Great selection and unique vibes. 5/5 stars
This place is the ultimate one-stop shop. They took over the old Tubular Tokes location and completely refreshed it with a great neon vibe. On one side, they have an awesome, curated selection of glass and smoke accessories. On the other side, it’s a paradise of crazy international candy, exotic sodas, and rare snacks. The staff is helpful, the music is always good, and it's a fun experience just to walk around and see what they have in stock.”
