“EZ Stop Liquor Store is hands down one of the best liquor stores around. The ones working there are extremely respectful, friendly, and always makes you feel welcome. They offer great deals and the pricing is noticeably lower compared to bigger, more famous stores like ABC and others. You get excellent value without compromising on quality or selection. I really appreciate the customer service and fair pricing and this place has definitely become my go-to liquor store. Highly recommended!”

“Hidden Gem. I've been here a few times on two separate vacations. Locals Bar w/ food a great drink specials. The bartenders are very attentive and can make any cocktails you desire. You will feel like King with the BOGO deal.”

“I went to the event hosted by this store on the morning of 7/4/26. The team of Chris and Lewis and the remainder of the WDL crew did an absolutely superb job in both the advance preparation and event day execution phases. I, and all others I attended with (most of which have attended numerous other similar events elsewhere), we very pleased and impressed.
As a Tampa resident, this store is one I normally pop in anytime we are in St Pete for any reason. I will go out of my way to go there yet more often moving forward. Cheers, guys, job very well done!”

“Liquor store does not describe what this place is at all. Hungry baba refers to the guy outside with the smoker full of meats letting people know there is dinner waiting for you here. Otherwise you'd not guess cause the writing painted on the store only mentioned "coke, Pepsi, hair weaves, wine, lotto".If you have $10 you can get enough for 2-3 people depending on how much you want to eat. Sauce is great. No sides, you gotta make those yourself. All in all, a local hood favorite. And of course they got separate areas for the pork so no worries if you don't eat pig.Get there earlier if the beef brisket is what you want, they sell out of it the most. I suggest the chicken. Smoked all day and dosed in sauce, on the obligatory pieces of plain white bread that is served with such things for whatever reason. To describe the flavor of the smoke penetrating the meat you should just go get you some, so it don't sound too graphic. Yes, you still can get your coke Pepsi hair weaves wine and everything else you need inside the store like shirts, insence, whatever. For those of us living in the food dessert, baba make us not go hungry.”

“Good customer service and some decent meat deals and choices over Publix. Only thing I guess is if you spent a certain amount and you get a printed coupon for more savings at your next visit, then why doesn't that just automatically apply to your purchase instead of having to maintain the receipt for the next visit? I can have the TV remote in my hand, place it down in bed and 10seconds later have no clue where it is. No way I'm gonna remember a receipt.”
“I lived in the neighborhood for 4 years. This location is great. Chicken, beaf and pork are always fresh. I also often buy here milk, half and half, vegetable. Good prices and nice people work here”

“So I originally shopped at Gulfport liquor store when I moved to rhe area. It was okay. I didn't like the environment or unprofessional staff in the evenings and at night. Then S&W opened. I love this liquor store! The ladies on staff are always insanely nice and helpful. They have a large selection and variety of products and flavors available. The environment isn't full of cursing, or people smoking weed, or lots of loud music. Just a great business. Keep up the great work ladies!”

“Staff was super helpful but the set up of the store is not ideal. Everything is behind the counter so if you want to browse the wine good luck you have to do it from about 5 ft away. Luckily the staff knows the inventory (which isn't that much) so if you ask they can at least tell you if they have it or not. I am giving 4 stars only cause the staff was so nice but I will probably go elsewhere next time so I can actually shop the store.”
“It's an okay place to shop, but I did have an issue with them, I paid cash for my purchase, and once I got to my vehicle I checked and they had given me the wrong product, so I went back inside and asked for more money back, and they wouldn't give it to me, they said the only way I can get a refund is if I would have paid with my card, the only way to get my money back was to have them put it on a gift card, very unhappy about that when I pay cash I expect to get cash back”
“I like Winn Dixie better when it was buy 1 get 1 free. Now their is more buy 2 get 1 free ? I also like to see more often the $10 off your grocery bill of $50 or more. Plus pay $20 , for the breakfast package. It has - sm bag of coffee , eggs , bacon , bread , Oj , sweet rolls.. Please bring back more deals... I been in Tampa Bay area since 1979. Shop there all the time... “While shopping for groceries I noticed a rack of food items marked $5.49. I started to load a cart with All of the packages (19) and was told they were for the HOLIDAY GIVE AWAYS to the needy. I could not purchase the items. I explained to Ms. Rita that I was purchasing the items for my Church Jamaica Relief collections. I was asked to leave my info and she would see what she could do. On my way home I rec'd a call from Ms. Rita asking for me to return to the store. She had made a call and was told to let me purchase the items. She also helped me to load all of them items into my car. Thank you Ms. Rita for excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“This is a controversial store. Many locals love it for the cheap nic and snacks. Lots of accessories and smoke shop stuff. However, the owner does not adhere to ANY social norms. He is known to be very rude, insight violence, and he physically beat a female customer. I’ve seen an Icee thrown back in the store by a customer, I’ve seen him kick people out, he makes very socially inappropriate comments…mostly for shock value maybe? He has a mullet and is named Skylar, and he is part of the “family”. If you shop at this store, get ready for some drama. In July of 2024, someone spray painted The Owner Beats Women on the window.”
