“I have taken my truck here since we have moved to Bradford County. The first time was for brakes and an oil change service. I wanted all brakes and rotors changed and other components looked at. They called me and told me that I didn't need rear brakes and that they were fine. As my truck had over 200,000 miles on the original rear pads and rotors I said replace them anyway. The second time was for a/c repair work. I told him about the prior repair work done to the a/c and what I was told was wrong prior to moving to Bradford County. He fixed that component and didn't try to tell me anything else was wrong. He even showed me the failed part when i picked my truck up. It was the original part and not the one that was supposed to have been replaced by another shop a few years ago. I would definitely recommend Allens. Work was done correctly, on time and what I considered a fair price.”

“Had a tire sensor saying it was low. Was concerned due to leaving to go out of State. They checked all of the tires and they were all good. He took the time to show me how to check on the car instrument panel, evidently OnStar is not always accurate! “I had an issue with my battery terminal no auto shop in my city could help me with, so I took a shot in the dark and called Walmart auto center, they said they could take care of it just bring it in, then when I got there they said it might be an issue they couldn't help with because the bolt was frozen and the wires needed spliced but Josh stepped right in and said he could take care of it no problem, and indeed he did!! So thankful to the other man who helped me to begin with and Josh who solved my problem. I honestly had no idea what to do and they made my day, hire more people like them.”
