The shop owner even stayed over 3 hours after close to work on my car personally and drove an hour to get my parts so I would not be stranded overnight (I’m from out of town). “I have taken my truck here since we have moved to Bradford County. The first time was for brakes and an oil change service. I wanted all brakes and rotors changed and other components looked at. They called me and told me that I didn't need rear brakes and that they were fine. As my truck had over 200,000 miles on the original rear pads and rotors I said replace them anyway. The second time was for a/c repair work. I told him about the prior repair work done to the a/c and what I was told was wrong prior to moving to Bradford County. He fixed that component and didn't try to tell me anything else was wrong. He even showed me the failed part when i picked my truck up. It was the original part and not the one that was supposed to have been replaced by another shop a few years ago. I would definitely recommend Allens. Work was done correctly, on time and what I considered a fair price.”

“Doing business with Murray Ford was a breath of fresh air. After having dealt with less a forthright dealership it was nice. I called and they told me what they had and gave me prices and when I got there, what they said was right. My sales rep. Chris Kap Was exceptional to deal with. Over text I had dealt with another fellow named Logan who was excellent also but he wasn’t there that day. For some follow up add-ons they are even coming to my house to pick up my truck so I don’t have to drive up there very nice. The goofy commercials that Murray runs on the radio as what attracted me to Murray in the first place. The checkout process with Joey was quick and efficient and except for writing a big check fairly painless.”

“Doc and his crew were awesome! We broke down in the Winn Dixie parking lot, in Starke Florida, up the street from Doc with a blown spark plug, trying to make our way back north!! We had already been stranded over 2 hours waiting on a mechanic that never showed!! Doc is the only one that said he could help and luckily he was only 5 minutes away! He walked my husband through what to unplug and such, to make it to his shop!! When we got there, he walked us through, step by step, what he was gonna do and how he was gonna do it! Doc and his crew were very knowledgeable and reasonable and he got us in and out in a few hours, only took that long because the motor had to cool off prior to them doing any work on it!! It runs better now than before, all because of 1 pesky little spark plug!! Thank you Doc and crew, didn’t catch the other guys name, for working on our Expedition and getting us back on the road!! “I had an issue with my battery terminal no auto shop in my city could help me with, so I took a shot in the dark and called Walmart auto center, they said they could take care of it just bring it in, then when I got there they said it might be an issue they couldn't help with because the bolt was frozen and the wires needed spliced but Josh stepped right in and said he could take care of it no problem, and indeed he did!! So thankful to the other man who helped me to begin with and Josh who solved my problem. I honestly had no idea what to do and they made my day, hire more people like them.”
